    The existing building, built in 1908, is located on the outskirts of Innsbruck and should get a attic conversion as well as an apartment split. The building code allows only lower heights than the existing building, therefore changes only can take place within the existing outline.
    In the attic sleeping and secondary rooms are housed compact in the peripheral, lower areas, whereas living and lounge areas use the full room height and open up the dominant north-south-axis with a roof terrace and a generous opening that frames the panorama of the close mountain range.
